ara Elatia Camp “The Good Neighbour” is a getaway camp located along the Oloololo escarpment facing the plains of the Mara Triangle, one of the con- servancies in the Maasai Mara, National Park. The Mara triangle which comprises one-third of the entire Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the areas where the Great Migration herds enter and depart the Reserve from Tanzania's Serengeti National Park. The camp overlooks the Mara River which is famous for the annual wildebeest migration between the months of July and September and faces one of the three ‘Kalema Hills’ where the epic movie “Out of Africa” was filmed in 1985.
