Your Africo Safari guide will meet you at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for a safari briefing before departing for Samburu National Reserve.
Travel through the scenic Central Highlands, passing coffee plantations, tea estates, and the fertile farmlands surrounding Mount Kenya.
10:00 AM – Equator Crossing
Stop in Nanyuki at the Equator Crossing for photographs and a brief demonstration of the Coriolis effect.
Continue through the beautiful landscapes of northern Kenya toward Samburu.
01:00 PM – Arrival & Lunch
Arrive at your safari lodge or tented camp and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink followed by a delicious lunch.
Take some time to relax before your afternoon safari.
03:30 PM – Afternoon Game Drive
Embark on your first exciting game drive through Samburu National Reserve.
