  • Drive 3 hours to Bururi Forest National Park, known for its rich biodiversity.
  • Check in to Moonlight Hotel, enjoy dinner, and prepare for the next day’s chimpanzee tracking adventure.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking and Scenic Adventure

  • Wake up at 5:30 AM and head into Bururi Forest National Park with guided rangers for an exciting chimpanzee tracking experience (approximately 3 hours).
  • Spot chimpanzees and other wildlife in their natural habitat.
• Midday:
  • Return to the hotel for breakfast and check out.
  • Proceed to the Source of the Nile and the Burundi Pyramid, learning about their historical and geographical significance.
• Afternoon:
  • Continue to Karera Falls, where you’ll marvel at the stunning cascades.
  • Drive to Gitega, the political capital of Burundi, and check in at Isango Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
• Main Destination: Gitega.

Day 4: Gishora Drum Cultural Experience and Departure
