These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Africo Safari and travelers booking our Kenya safari terms, Tanzania safari terms, Uganda safari terms, and all other East Africa safari policies. By confirming a booking, you accept these safari terms and conditions.

1. Safari Terms & Conditions for Booking
- A booking is confirmed once Africo Safari receives the required deposit.
- Travelers must provide accurate passport and personal information.
- Special experiences such as gorilla trekking require non‑refundable permits.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
2. Payment Terms
- A deposit (usually 30%) is required to secure your safari.
- Full payment is due 30 days before the start of your trip.
- Late payments may result in cancellation of services.
- Prices may change due to park fee adjustments or supplier updates.
3. Cancellations by the Traveler
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds follow our official safari cancellation policy.
- Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are non‑refundable once issued.
- No refunds for no‑shows or unused services.
4. Cancellations by Africo Safari
- We may cancel a tour due to safety concerns, natural events, or operational issues.
- Travelers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Africo Safari is not liable for additional costs such as flights or visas.
5. Travel Documents & Health Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and vaccination requirements.
- Some destinations require yellow fever vaccination proof.
- Travelers must disclose medical conditions that may affect participation.
6. Wildlife & Safety Guidelines
- Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
- Travelers must follow guide instructions at all times.
- Africo Safari is not responsible for injuries resulting from ignoring safety guidelines.
7. Liability
- Africo Safari acts as an agent for hotels, lodges, airlines, and transport companies.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third‑party suppliers.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction.
